ABOUT THE COOKIES

Are your cookies vegan/vegetarian?

We use egg in our cookie dough.

We are looking into finding a replacement to hopefully bring out some vegan cookies in the near future.

Are your cookies dairy free?

There are no dairy products in the cookie dough, however our chocolate chip/chunks are not dairy free. Please check the allergen for each flavour.

HOW TO KEEP THEM TASTING FRESH

How long do the cookies last?

Keeping them sealed in an airtight container can help them stay fresh up to 7 days from date of delivery.

Our traditional cookies are best served warm

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for 2 minutes (without the wrapper), for a light and crispy crunch on the outside.

Alternatively, microwave them for no more than 10 seconds for a soft and warm cookie. 

WARNING: Centre may be hot after heating.

* cookies with a chocolate topping, be mindful when heating that the chocolate may melt

DELIVERY

How much is the delivery fee?

We deliver via Australia Express Post ONLY. It is a $10 fee for a standard single order, wholesale and large orders, email us at for the freight cost.

When should I expect my cookies to arrive?

Our cookies are baked fresh daily, and made to order, please allow a 24 hour turn around, before cookies are dispatched. 

EAST COAST (NSW, VIC, QLD)

For freshness, we only ship cookies between Monday to Thursday. 

Shipping them on Friday will mean your cookies will stay in transit over the weekend and won't be delivered until Monday.

Deadline for East Coast orders is Wednesday.

Any orders placed between Thursday to Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday.

Please allow 2-3 business days, depending on location.

SA, NT and WA

With express post, it may still take up to 2-3 business days traveling from Sydney.

We will only be shipping orders to SA, NT and WA between Monday to Wednesday, to ensure your cookies will arrive before the weekend and not stay at the depot. 

Deadline is Tuesday.

Any orders placed between Wednesday to Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday.

Shipping them out on Thursday/Friday will mean your cookies will stay in transit over the weekend and won't be delivered until Monday.

PICK UP ORDERS

Pick up orders are for Sydney customers only. 

Order during the week to pick up on the weekend.
